The shopping cart or store is not functioning correctly.

You need to turn on your cookies and java script for the store to function properly. Otherwise, it cannot recognize you and things that you add to your shopping cart will not remain there!

What forms of payment are accepted?

I accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Checks and money orders are also fine. For checks or money orders the payment must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank. If you are sending a check or money order, please do include a copy of the order and mail it with your payment. In some cases if you are in Northern NJ and I am available, you can pick up your order. I am not a store though and do work during the day. If you are mailing payment, mail it to:

How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped out 6 days a week. Tracking information will be provided when your order is processed and shipped.

I received some cds that are not sealed?

All cds are new unless it is stated that the cd used. Used cds will be clearly marked. Some cds are shipped to me without shrink wrap including European major labels and some small labels including US labels. I have no control over how they send it. Also if a cd has a cracked case it will require me to open it and replace it.

How much is shipping?

Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Only packages being shipped to a New Jersey address will have to pay 7 % sales tax. No tax for the other 49 states or anywhere in the world.

What if I need to return my order?

I will exchange a defective cd for the same title when I have it in stock. Otherwise a refund or credit will be issued.

If I make a mistake and send the wrong cd I will send the correct cd and cover return postage costs back to me. Please contact me first.

I cannot accept returns because you did not like the music.

What if an item is out of stock?

99% of the titles saying in stock should be in stock. If I am out it is because my inventory number is wrong. In this case a refund will be issued. I only charge for what is in stock and can be shipped right out. If I’m out check back and I should have more.

How can I find out about the bands or what the music is like?

Check the music reference section of my site for links to music sites that can be very helpful both with the history of the band, discography and what type of music it is.

There are many tracks posted on You Tube so if you search out a band there is a good chance there will be some songs there.

What does PAL and NTSC mean regarding DVDs and also Region coding?

The USA, Canada, Japan and Brazil are on NTSC.

Most of Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and most of South America are on PAL.

Computer DVD drives will play both PAL and NTSC.

If you live in the USA and want to play a PAL disc, a DVD with the capacity to play PAL on an NTSC TV is needed.

A US DVD player will only be able to play region 1.

REGION 2 : Japan, Europe, South Africa, Middle East
REGION 3 : South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Parts of South East Asia
REGION 4 : Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Central and South America
REGION 5 : Eastern Europe, Russia, India, Africa
REGION 6 : China
A DVD marked Region free or Region 0 can be played in any region but NTSC DVD’s must be played on an NTSC compatible player and PAL on a PAL compatible player.

Multi region and also multi system DVD players can be found fairly cheaply on Ebay and other sites.

I cannot accept returns on DVDs that will not play due to region or system not matching the player being used. Of course defective DVDs can be returned.
