Unfortunately the dollar is week against the Euro, postage rates have gone up and the wholesale price on all of the books went up as much as 20%.   It looks like 10,001 will be $75 + shipping.  To get them from the publisher in Europe the book would be about $92 with shipping. 

There are pretty good discounts for using UPS 3 day expedited service.   An example is Germany: 2 pounds $32 3 pounds $48 4 pounds $54 5 pounds $58 6 pounds $60 7 pounds $62 8 pounds $66 If you email me what you want I can calculate rates.  Some areas will be cheaper and some more expensive.  Especially Japan and Australia and possible South America.
